With over 35 years in the field of private chefing and catering, one is bound to have unlimited menus to choose from - and we do! Having been the chef to Presidents, Celebrities and Public figures over the past 3 decades, our menu selection is quite diverse!
As space is limited, only a select few have been chosen to offer a peek into our kitchen and the possibilities available for wonderful menu planning. Our clientele is diverse - as I mentioned- which has always been so exciting!
Requests have ranged from the old-fashioned "down-home" style of food (with one ex-president loving our homemade Cottage bread) to elaborate and creative inventions that took hours to prepare.
We have our constant favorites (repeatedly requested), as well as our private selection of the unusual. Never does our interest diminish when it comes to being creative in the kitchen and developing new and scrumptious dishes.
