~Moist Chocolate Sour Cream Cake with a Raspberry Butter cream Filling. Recommended Icing: Italian Meringue Butter cream.
~Traditional White Cake with Blackberry Curd and Lemon Curd Filling Recommended Icing: Italian Lemon Meringue Butter cream.
~Chocolate Fudge Cake (rich and moist). Recommended Icing: Italian Meringue or Light Butter Cream cheese.

These cakes can be designed with his special interests in mind. The same flavors , fillings and icings are available.
Unfrosted Sample Cakes in a round 6” size with choice of 2 icings in 1 oz serving containers are available. Fondant icing is not available for sampling. Cost for taster cake is 20.00 per cake and does not include fillings. These may be ordered by appointment with at least 3 weeks notice. Cakes are only available for pickup at our kitchen at 197 Park Street in Gypsum, Co.
Cost of cakes are by the slice starting at 2.75 and up. Each cake is priced separately based on style, fillings and frostings.
Fondant cakes begin at 7.50 and up.

Not included in the cost are fresh flowers , special cake formats, garnishes or decorations.
Fresh flowers need to be arranged through your florist. It is advisable that our cake decorator be contacted to offer suggestions as to flower choices as some flowers and greenery are considered poisonous and need to be avoided.
If Your Personal Chef is used for the food for the wedding reception as well as the cake, then cake cutting services are included in the contracted cost of the cake provided it is cut and served within the timeframe of the contracted food service and our cake person is notified when the cake ceremony is to begin and is there to monitor the first cut made by the bride and groom. Plates, forks and napkins are not included.
